Pearl & Dean Host Cannes International Advertising Festival
Pearl & Dean are to host the only UK screenings of the winners of the Cannes Lions ’97 Advertising Awards Festival. The first of three screenings will be held at Warner West-End, Leicester Square on 25 September. Further screenings are to be shown at Manchester Corner House Cinema, Oxford Street on 1 October and Edinburgh Dominion Cinema, Newbattle Street on 7 October.
The theme of this year’s festival is one of globalisation and “hard-hitting and largely visual campaigns,” says Peter Howard-Williams, managing director of Pearl & Dean.
