David Elstein announced details of Channel 5’s pilot aerial scheme this week. 5 is testing a fixed price aerial package in Manchester and Birmingham. Viewers will be offered the aerials, which will improve their reception of Channel 5, for £50 including installation. If the scheme proves successful it will be offered nationwide.
