Tim Wootton is leaving his position as chairman of TSMS to join Zenith as non-executive chairman. He will be replaced by David Arculus, the chief operating officer at United News & Media. Arculus has had only a brief stay at TSMS’s parent company, which he joined from EMAP at the end of February (subscribers see EMAP Loses Boss To UNM).
