Global COO of Brainlabs Matt Adams will leave the company in March.
Adams joined Brainlabs in January 2020 from Havas Media Group, where he was UK&I CEO.
A spokesperson for Brainlabs did not comment on why Adams is leaving the business but said he made a significant contribution to the company’s growth.
“Whilst we look for a suitable successor CEO Daniel Gilbert and Chairman Stephen Allan will work closely with Matt as he transitions his responsibilities over to them and the wider senior management team at Brainlabs,” the spokesperson added.
Founded in 2012 by former-Google ad consultant Dan Gilbert, Brainlabs has grown in recent years through a number of acquisitions, including of influencer marketing agency Fanbytes, following the company’s sale of a minority stake to private-equity group Livingbridge in 2019.
