ITV Sees Second Night Of Success With Crime Drama

Trial And Retribution Cast ITV’s Trial and Retribution delivered a second evening of ratings success for ITV last night, as 7.4 million adults tuned in to the concluding episode of the two part drama.

The programme peaked between 10-10:15pm with 7.9 million viewers, while overall the hour and a half long show achieved a 34.4% audience share.

Elsewhere, BBC One saw success earlier on in the night, with Eastenders drawing an average of 10.7 million adults, followed by Holby City with an average audience of 7.3 million.

BBC One’s The Last Tommy, a documentary following World War One veterans, saw the channel’s audience dip, however, failing to match Trial and Retribution with an average audience of 3.1 million adults.

Elsewhere, Channel 4’s Property Ladder Revisited drew an average audience of 2.9 million, while Five’s CSI:Miami notched up 2.5 million adult viewers, recording the highest viewing figures of the evening for both broadcasters.
