Ice Age Sees Success For ITV

Ice Age ITV drew an impressive audience with the terrestrial premier of the Pixar hit Ice Age, attracting an average of 5.54 million adults.

The broadcaster retained its strong audience, with an average of 5.52 million adults staying tuned for Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, dipping to an audience of just over four million for Celebrity Stars In Their Eyes.

Elsewhere, BBC1’s drama series, New Tricks enjoyed an average adult audience of just over five million, while Casulty, as always, saw a solid performance, with an audience of 7 million.

BBC2’s A Night In Brick Lane attracted an average adult audience of 1.7 million for the first of the two part show, dropping to 946 million for the second half.

Meanwhile Channel 4 saw an average of 1.7 million adults tune in to watch The Games: Champions of Champions.
