Adam Freeman Joins ‘Future Of Online’ Line-Up

Adam Freeman Adam Freeman, commercial director at Guardian News and Media, is to join the panel at MediaTel Group’s forthcoming ‘Future of Online’ seminar, to be held in London in February.

Freeman’s experience of the commercial development for the highly successful Guardian Unlimited website should stand him in good stead for the debate, which will be chaired by the BBC’s media correspondent, Torin Douglas.

Michael Steckler, MD of AOL UK and media journalist Ray Snoddy are also due to sit on the panel, with two more prominent industry figures to be announced shortly.

Likely topics to be covered include the state of online research, looking at the progress with an industry currency and how it could grow advertising revenue.

Revenue growth will also be an important subject, along with the future of social networking and IPTV. Agencies will presumably be examined, and what it means when they say they “put digital at the centre” of the business.

The event will take place on Tuesday 12 February, between 9.30am and 11.30am at One Great George Street in Westminster, London. Tea and coffee will be served from 8.45am.

Space is limited, and tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis. Tickets are priced at £140 + VAT. For full details and to book, click here.
