Ofcom Logo Ofcom has appointed Anna Bradley as chairman of its independent Consumer Panel. The Panel advises Ofcom on the consumer interest in telecommunications, broadcasting and spectrum markets.

Bradley said: “Ofcom’s independent Consumer Panel has a vital role to play in promoting the interests of consumers in increasingly complex communications markets. I look forward to leading this work and ensuring its advice is acted on.”

Ofcom chairman Lord Currie said: “Anna Bradley’s commitment to representing the consumer interest, including her experience at the FSA and at the NCC, make her very well suited for this key role.”

He added: “I would also like to pay tribute to Colette Bowe for her outstanding work over the last four years in leading the Panel.”
