Itv Logo ITV1’s Saturday night game show, All Star Mr And Mrs, attracted almost six million adult viewers, which was higher than I’d Do Anything‘s ratings with over 5.4 million.

Phillip Schofield and Fern Britton coaxed a series of celebrity couples through a revealing quiz, gaining ITV1 a 29.6% viewing share between 7pm and 8pm.

Over on BBC One, the search for a new Nancy for the forthcoming West End production of Oliver gave the channel a 27% share, as the remaining nine contestants battled it out for the prize.

Earlier, the new series of Doctor Who continued to please the viewers, with the dishy David Tennant luring almost 5.8 million adults, or a 31.6% audience share.

The station had further success with Casualty, which was also watched by almost 5.8 million (26.6%), beating ITV1’s new US import, Pushing Daisies, which took an audience of over 4.1 million (19.7%).

Sunday evening saw I’d Do Anything‘s results programme gain an average adult audience of just over 4.9 million, as Francesca bid farewell for the final time.

Following the show, the BAFTAs coverage pulled in an average of almost 5.2 million, compared to over 7.1 million for ITV1’s Foyle’s War.

Previously, the second week of Britain’s Got Talent attracted over nine million (19.7%) to ITV1.
