Conde Nast MD Announces Departure

Didier Suberbielle, managing director of magazine publisher Les Publications Conde Nast, has announced that he will be leaving the position to take up the role of chief executive officer at Europe’s leader in dietetic foods, Nutrition & Sante.

Commenting on his decision, Suberbielle said: “Conde Nast is an extraordinary company with unique brands. In the past three years, Conde Nast in France has practically doubled in size thanks to the development of existing magazines and due to a successful launch of Glamour.”

He continued: “I am happy to have been able to contribute to this success and I am leaving the company to take on a completely different business role.”

Jonathan Newhouse, chairman of Conde Nast International added: “We regret Didier’s departure but we respect his decision. Conde Nast in France today is the uncontested leader of Luxury and Fashion Publishing. Didier’s replacement will be announced as soon as possible.”
