US magazine advertising volumes were down by 17% in May and 9.4% in April, according to new figures released by the Publishers Information Bureau (PIB). In the year to date magazine revenue is down by 1.5% on volumes which declined by 9.4%, according to an analysis of the PIB data by ABN Amro.
