According to new research from IHS iSuppli, worldwide shipments of 3D TVs are expected to increase 463% in 2011, reaching 23.4 million units.
The enormous growth figures are expected to continue, with 132% growth in shipments in 2012 to 54.2 million units. By 2014, global shipments will breach the 100-million-unit mark and then reach 159.2 million in 2015.
