impact FCA! and Kelly Weedon Shute have merged to create a new agency, FCA!, with capitalised billings of £90 million.
It is hoped that the merger will exploit the strategic capabilities of Kelly Weedon Shute and the through-the-line network of impact FCA!
Chris Parry, chairman of impact FCA! commented: “The new agency offers a depth of strategic brand understanding and creative brand expression that is unique in the UK agency scene.”
Chairman of KWS, James Kelly, said: “We have wanted to offer our clients through-the-line facilities for sometime. Now they have the best access to the best in business and a European network..”
Parry will be the chairman of the new agency, which will operate through an unorthodox structure of eight managing partners.
