The Grand, ITV’s new costume drama series set in an elegant Manchester hotel in the 1920’s, attracted 10.5 million people, or 47% of the viewing audience, to its first episode, shown last Friday night.
Meanwhile Where The Heart Is, another ITV drama about two district nurses, achieved an audience of 11.2 million on Sunday night.
