The Advertising Association has published a guide to the European Commission Questionnaires on the Green Paper on Commercial Communications. The Green Paper will provide the basis for an agreed policy on all forms of marketing communications. Questionnaires are being sent to all major advertisers, agencies, regulators and consumer organisations.
The Advertising Association is co-ordinating distribution of the questionnaires, and will draft an overall position on behalf of the UK advertising business and submit this to the EC. The guide gives advice on answering the questionnaires; the AA is also holding two briefing sessions on the Green Paper, on Friday 1st July, 15.00pm and Friday 8th July, 15.00pm.
