The Advertising Association will be holding a major national conference in Leeds on 11-12 May 1998, as part of the activities of the UK Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, the Rt Hon Chris Smith MP, will be making the keynote address. Other speakers will include James Best, chairman of the AA and BMP DDB, Nigel Walmsley, chairman of Carlton UK TV and Chris Jones, chief executive of JWT Worldwide.
