Abbott Mead Sells UK Ad Agency

Abbott Mead Vickers has sold off its Leagas Delaney business to a management team for £4 million.

AMV has been the parent company of Leagas Delaney for the past 12 years, but said the agency was moving in a different direction. It has been rumoured for some time that staff at Leagas were looking to cut their ties with AMV (subscribers see Leagas Delaney Want Out)

AMV advertises for some of the UK’s biggest companies, including BT, Guinness and Sainsbury.
