Abbott Mead Vickers Acquires Fishburn Hedges Boys Williams

Abbott Mead Vickers plc has acquired Fishburn Hedges Boys Williams Holdings, a communications company that specialises in consultancy, PR and design for the financial and corporate sector.

AMV paid £4m in cash, with four additional payments at a later date dependent on performance. Fishburn Hedges’ client list includes British Gas, Eagle Star, NM Rothschild, Barclays, The Mersey Partnership and Nuffield Hospitals.
