Absolute Radio has teamed up with music streaming service Spotify to launch a campaign looking for the nation’s ‘Song of the Decade’.
Listeners can listen to suggested songs from the top airplay and sales lists from 2000 to 2009 on a dedicated website – www.absoluteradio.co.uk/songofthedecade – before voting for their favourite.
There will also be a dedicated page on Spotify as well as Absolute branded adverts to promote to activity.
In addition, the campaign will be supported by ads on both Absolute and Spotify and will include a final promotional package.
The partnership follows Absolute’s ‘500 Days of Summer’ campaign, which is due to run across Absolute Radio, Spotify and Shortlist magazine until the end of the year.
