Absolute Radio partners with content management specialist

Absolute Radio is partnering with content management specialist ipercast to develop a range of new services to help deliver and monetise content online and via mobile devices.

Effective immediately, ipercast will take over and manage Absolute Radio’s Content Delivery Network (CDN) to develop the services. Absolute Radio’s IP network, the Golden Square Network (GSN), spans a number of markets, covering London, Manchester, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, New York and Los Angeles .

The network has been used to drive the company’s introduction of new digital services in order to deliver content over mobile, online and DAB.
