Acorn User Bought By Europress

Redwood Publishing has sold the computer magazine Acorn User to Europress Enterprise. Redwood sold its other computer title, Educational Computing, earlier in the year to Training Information Network. Redwood explains these sales by the fact that they are not specialist publishers, but mainstream.

Europress also owns a second Acorn title, Acorn Computer, although the possibility of merging the two titles has been ruled out by Europress Enterprise md Ian Bloomfield, who believes there is considerable growth potential in the sector.
