The UK advertising industry’s inclusion initiative, All In, has announced registrations are open for new sessions on improving experience and representation of women, Asian talent and older talent.
The first session on improving the experience and representation of women will take place on March 16 between 9am and 9.45am.
Speakers for this session include Kate Waters, president for WACL and director of client strategy and planning, commercial and online, ITV, Kate Rowlinson, CEO of MediaCom UK and Dara Nasr, managing director of Twitter.
All In Census data found women were six times more likely to be personally discriminated because of their gender and the focus of this session will be on how flexible working can help address gender inequality and benefit everyone.
The sessions on improving the experience and representation of Asian talent and older talent will take place on March 24 and March 30 respectively with speakers to be announced soon.
