Alliance London Folds Into Laing Henry

Lopex has folded Alliance London into Laing Henry. The deal will create a £35m agency headed by Jennifer Laing, the Laing Henry chairman. There is no money involved in the deal; Laing Henry takes over Alliance Advertising (London) and in return, Lopex gets a minority shareholding in Laing Henry, with an option to review the arrangement in the future. Tim Lefroy, the Alliance chief executive, will leave once the merge is complete. Media director will be Ron Mudge, currently the Alliance media director.

Regional Alliance Advertising companies will remain subsidiaries of Lopex.
