Abbott Mead Vickers (AMV) has announced the acquisition of The O’Connell Partnership for an initial cash payment of £700,000. The marketing company’s Ordinary share capital was bought by Momentum Integrated Communications Ltd., an AMV Group company. O’Connell provides marketing solutions to UK clients including Avon, Kerrygold and Next.
AMV will make a series of three additional payments for the company, depending on the financial performance of O’Connell for the three years ending 31 December 2000.
