… Paul Chard currently the commercial director at Laser Sales is to move to MTV Europe to become vice-president of advertising sales, with responsibility for licensing, merchandising, programme syndication and programme sales. No replacement at Laser has, as yet, been announced.

… Julian Neuberger, chief executive at Media Solutions, is to move to JWT to run its media operations in Brazil.

… The deputy editor of troubled new Sunday title – Sunday Business – has resigned following a row with the paper’s founder Tom Rubython.

… Leo McLeod will become advertisement director at She magazine from Monday. From a background of advertising and sales at Harrods, he will be replacing Kate Scally who was promoted to director of advertising sales on Good Housekeeping.
