Atlantic Sales Move In-House

Andy Hawkins, sales director at the Radio Sales Company, told MediaTel this morning that Sales for Atlantic 252 will be moving in-house from July 26. The sales team from the Radio Sales Company will move to the station’s London office where they will set up an in-house sales operation.

The Radio Sales Company is a subsidiary of Media and Airtime Sales, which will cease to exist at the end of the year, when airtime sales for Yorkshire Tyne Tees move to Laser, the sales arm of LWT. There will be a handover period between MAS and Laser from September and Laser will officially begin selling YTTV’s airtime in January.
