Danny Baker’s days at Radio 5 Live ended yesterday. The presenter was involved in a ferocious on-air argument with his producer, he then went on to abuse listeners and encourage “unacceptable behaviour towards a football referee”.
BBC bosses called Baker’s actions intolerable and fired him straight after the show.
The presenter is now rumoured to be in talks with Talk Radio.
