Barbara Moyses & CIA Merge

CIA Group and Barbara Moyses & Partners have formed a joint venture creating a new media independent in Scotland with Barbara Moyses and Paul Elborn as directors of the new company.

“It is our belief that the formation of Barbara Moyses CIA will help the stature of the Scottish advertising community to continue to grow” says Mike Elms, chief executive of CIA.

Moyses was formerly deputy managing director with Hall Advertising in Edinburgh which went under at the end of last year, finally closing in March (Newsline 21/12).
