Digital Television Networks is so confident of winning its bid to launch digital terrestrial TV next year that is has opened negotiations with the BBC and Flextech, the channels who are working with the rival bidder, British Digital Broadcasting.
DTN wants to buy the broadcast rights to several subscription channels under development by the new BBC-Flextech partnership *Flextech And The BBC Finally Shake Hands. If DTN do emerge as the successful bidder it is likely that that the BBC and Flextech will be happy to switch their allegiance to their former rival.
