BBC And Pearson Sell Flextech Shares

BBC Worldwide sold 3,832,395 shares and Thames TV, a division of Pearson Television, sold 4 million shares in Flextech yesterday. The shares were sold for 605p each

Flextech requested the sale because of demand from institutions in the UK and overseas.

BBC Worldwide now has 1,611,153 remaining shares in Flextech and Pearson has 4,810,081 shares left in the company.
