BBC Magazines are planning the launch of a new home interest magazine but are keeping quiet on the details. The magazine will apparently have a generic title and will be launched next year although not necessarily in Spring as reported in some trade press.
It is believed that it will aim at a more contemporary market than that of BBC Homes and Antiques whose editor, Judith Hall, may oversee the launch of the title. Contrary to expectation the magazine will not be a tie-in with a BBC programme.
