The female humour magazine Bitch, which launched in August, has been forced to close having failed to meet initial sales forecasts.
Bitch had an ambitious first print-run of 500,000 with claims that the first issue sold over 340,000 copies. However, due to a rapid decline in circulation the Brighton-based magazine will release the March issue as its last.
