Blue Joins The Ranks
Yesterday saw the launch of Blue, a new London based magazine aimed at the inhabitants in the west of the capital.
The title is a rather scaled down version of Time Out, containing guides and listings to the area, as well as features on local places, fashions and general lifestyle items.
The title is £1 where sold, published monthly, and is a golden opportunity for advertisers, especially local or London based parties. In its early stages, producer David Plant hopes to expand the titles out-put and profile, and the team at Blue are currently looking for further contributions.
The magazine has a rather ‘hip’ identity, and Rolf Harris has deigned it worthy of his tips on how to scramble eggs! And the historic reminiscing over Kensington through the eyes of a Canadian is definitely worth a look.
Published by The Magazine Ltd, the front cover is an unmissable bright blue water-pistol set against a white background. Irresistibly eye-catching even to those most cynical of magazine connoisseurs.
