BSkyB yesterday published its pathfinder prospectus for its proposed £4bn Global Offer. The offer is to comprise 343 million shares with the price expected to be between 233p and 268p per share. The offer will be split with 306.6 million shares subject to an International Offer and 36.4 million subject to a UK Retail Offer.
BSkyB’s shares will be listed on both the London and New York Stock Exchanges. The UK Retail Offer will be launched on November 25, with investors invited to apply on the basis of the amount of money they wish to invest, rather than the number of shares they wish to purchase.
