The Office of Fair Trading told MediaTel this morning that its investigation into BSkyB’s provision of programming to cable companies is still going on.
The investigation centres on BSkyB’s use of its market provision, though it is not known what conditions it would have to meet in order to be cleared of investigation. The OFT declined to give details of the case but said that an announcement is expected soon.
