C5 Doubles Audience Share

The latest set of audience figures released by the ITC for the year ended 30 September show that Channel 5 has achieved a share of 1.4% (estimated share averaged out over 12 months) compared to 0.7% for the twelve months ended 30 June.

ITV’s overall share (including GMTV) dropped from 34.2% to 33.5% while BBC1 fell from 31.9% to 31.4%. BBC2 remained static at 11.5% and C4 slipped 0.1% point to 10.2%.
