The newly merged company, Cable & Wireless Communications plc *Cable Companies Merge, has announced the composition of its board.
Richard H. Brown, chief executive of Cable & Wireless plc and chairman of Cable & Wireless Communications plc will chair the Board. Graham Wallace, chief executive of Cable & Wireless Communications will be an executive director. The rest of the company’s senior management team will be announced shortly.
The proposed independent non executives are:

John Keenan, chief executive, International Distillers & Vintners and director, Grand Metropolitan plc
