Vox, the German satellite television group that went into liquidation in April received a boost yesterday when Canal Plus, the French subscription television group took a 24.9% stake. It now appears unlikely that Vox will stop broadcasting; this is bad news for NBC Super Channel, which would have taken Vox’s place on the Astra satellite, industry observers believe.
