Capital And ITC Make Appointments

Capital Radio has announced the appointment of two new board members: Paul Davies joins as group commercial director with responsibility for revenue generated from the company’s radio stations and interactive media while Peter Mitchell joins as non-executive director.

Davies was previously managing director of Media Sales & Marketing and his new role will involve developing sales synergies across the group while overseeing the newly formed sales house Capital Advertising. Mitchell recently retired from the post of strategic affairs director at Guiness and is a former member of the ISBA council.

…The ITC has appointed Mike Clayton as its financial controller. He was previously finance director of two UK bus divisions of Stagecoach.
