Fru Hazlitt, the former head of client sales at Capital Radio is to head Capital’s new sales house Capital Sales and Marketing *Capital Buys Virgin Radio. A number of changes have already followed this appointment. Duncan George, sales director of Capital Radio and Andrew Oldham, sales director of MSM are both leaving the group, although they had been offered alternative posts within the new operation.
