Richard Wheatley, chairman of Leo Burnett, is leaving to devote more time to the Rainbow’s bid for the National Lottery. Wheatley is chief executive of Rainbow.

Trinity International, the regional publisher, has announced results for 1993. The pre-tax profits were up 36.6% to £19.9m. There was growth in both display and classified advertising volumes. Philip Graf, chief executive, said results reflected strong performances in the weekly sector.
