Changes Made To Strengthen ITV Summer Schedule

Laser has announced that there will be changes made to the ITV Spring/Summer Schedule 1997 in order to strengthen the weekend performances of some peaktime shows.

The Man Who Made Husbands Jealous moves to the Friday 9pm slot to maximise the ABC1 Women audience, with A Touch of Frost scheduled on Saturday nights at 9pm to appeal to upmarket viewers. The new series of Staying Alive moves to Sunday nights at 9pm, which is aimed at complementing the youth appeal of Millennium at 10pm.
