Channel 4 has confirmed that it is in talks with other parties abut the possiblitlies of further pay-TV channels. The group launches Film Four – it’s first pay-TV venture – this Sunday across the cable networks and Sky Digital (see Newsline).
Although Channel 4 could not confirm what groups it is in discussions with about potential projects, a spokesperson told Newsline that: “We are certainly looking to do more things in the pay-TV arena.”
Yesterday, the channel announced a drama sponsorship deal with Beck’s Bier (see Newsline).
