Channel 5 Broadcasting, the consortium made up of Pearson, MAI and Luxembourg- based CLT has won the Channel 5 licence, it has just been announced.
Channel 5 Broadcasting, which put in a bid of £22,002,000, identical to that of Virgin TV has beaten the highest bidding UKTV, which had been widely expected to win.
