Charlie Makin is leaving What’s Possible Group (WPG) after nearly three years.
Makin founded Pintarget, a location marketing group specialising in how location influences consumer behaviour, in 2016.
He has been managing director ever since and sold the company at the beginning of lockdown to what was then The Specialist Works, now part of What’s Possible Group.
He has been a director at WPG and told The Media Leader everything was “very amicable” and he is still involved in projects for the group, but had now now finished his earnout.
Makin said he wanted a new challenge doing “something different around addressable media and data”, revealing he is planning a startup in the New Year which may involve WPG.
