Chrysalis Radio is to launch a bespoke podcast production service, Chrysalis Content, which allows companies to produce their own tailored audio programmes.
The podcasts can be hosted either on a Chrysalis website or a client company website, to be downloaded and listened to on the consumer’s PC or transferred to a portable MP3 player.
The launch of Chrysalis Content builds on existing podcasts from clients such as Honda and AOL, and will see city guides piloted and similar ventures into beauty and fashion.
The Chrysalis owned LBC stations have been at the forefront of the boom in podcasting, delivering more than 1.5 million podcasts.
