Chrysalis TV Appoints Consultancy

Chrysalis Television has appointed sponsorship consultancy Wood Lynds to handle on-air sponsorship, off-air merchandising and licensing activities for its sports programming. It is the first time a major independent TV producer has appointed a specialist agency to seek sponsors rather than working with a broadcaster’s sponsorship department. Chrysalis TV’s most notable programmes are Football Italia for C4 and Indy Car for ITV.

DELTA SECURES OLYMPIC CONTRACT

The British Olympic Association has signed a deal with the American airline Delta to fly the team for the next 3 years. It will be the first time that British Airways has not transported the team to the Games. The deal is said to be worth several million pounds.
