The London Media Group has today announced that CIA (UK) Holdings Ltd has bought its entire issued share capital.
Martin Shaxon, managing director of LMG told MediaTel that”the deal will enable LMG to stand alone within the CIA Group, and will do within the foreseeable future. The deal will enable LMG to use the experience and buying clout of CIA, particularly internationally, which was one of the main reasons for the deal”.
Both companies will continue to operate separately, with no changes to premises or staff.
