CIA Medianetwork is now in the final stages of drawing up a settlement plan with Laser. This is believed to involve Laser dropping all legal action in return for a payment from CIA of around £1.8 million which will cover the sums which are alleged to be outstanding from 1995 and 1996.
CIA has also won the £36m planning and buying Visa International account.
