CIA Shuffles The Pack

CIA Group is rumoured to be planning a reshuffle of its board. Chris Ingram, the group’s founder, is reported to be preparing to split his roles as chairman and chief executive. He is also expected to be about to announce the appointment of two new directors. Michael Mander, and Andrew Seth seem to be the two likeliest candidates for the Board.

Mander is chairman of MAID and a director of Close Brothers Corporate Finance as well as chairman of the Institute of Directors. Seth is UK chief executive of Added Value, a marketing services company. CIA is looking to broaden its international client list and it is thought that Mander and Seth will help the group to develop this area.

Ingram is thought to be holding on to his position as chairman, but David Reich, chairman of CIA’s European operations, is the favourite for the new separate chief executive post.
